[3][4] T he show was also seen in Lecce, Italy with a Noble M600, McLaren MP4-12C and  a Lamb  orghini Aventador.[5]  Hammond a nnounced during the Top G ear Live sho ws in Birmingham  , that  additional recordin gs for the new se ries had been done  in the USA.　　The Janu ary 2012  edition of Top  Gear Magaz  ine feature d a pr eview of  what  to expect in s eries 18.[6] It i ncluded a piece where Richard Hammond drives a NASC AR safety car f or a real race, lat  er going on to drive an actual NASCAR rac e car. The magazine also  featured a part of so me of the po wer t ests t o expect,  including Jeremy C  larkson drivi ng a Mercedes-Ben z C63 AMG Black  Edition, a Mer cedes  SLS AMG Ro adster and a  Maser ati GranTur ismo MC Stra dale. Hammond meanwhile will drive a 2012 B MW M5 F10, and May will have  a Vauxhall Corsa Nürb urgring Ed  ition. Another featu re is going to C hina to test drive Chines e cars , Italy in 3 sup er-cars,  Lambor ghini Aventa dor, Noble M600 and  a McL aren MP4-12 C. Also James  May is taking a trip to USA to tes t sports hybrid supercar F isker Karma, meet  AC/DC frontman Brian Johnson a nd drive his  1928 Bentley Va nden Plas L eMans T ourer.  According to Top G ear  Execut ive Produ cer Andy Wilman , Clarkson, Hammond  and May ar e going to northern Sweden as  well, w  here they will race the new  Ferrari FF a cross a  Silverston e Circuit-shaped ice track.
