A coupl e of days later, Roya finds out that she w ill be pro hibited from l eaving Iran unless she sells out a colle ague to the governm ent authoritie s. Soon after Roya refuses to betray her friend, the young girl steals Roya ’s identi ty and takes over her life with the assistanc e of Roya’s husban d, B abak. As Roya fights to recov er her identity, she realises, to her s urpris e, that n o one remembe rs her anymore and that everybody takes the l ost gi rl to be her.
